Clarsie Jean Mullins, age 59, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. Along with her parents, Sammie Burnette, Jr. and Bonnie Bell Bentley Burnette she was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Jane Burnette and brother, Gary Wayne Burnette. She is survived by her husband, Willie Mullins; sons, Michael and Daniel Pullon; sisters, Bonnie Newman and Melissa Pearson; brothers, Joseph Steve Burnette, Sammie Burnette and James Burnette; five grandchildren. The graveside funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, August 4, 2020 in Rooty Branch Cemetery.
