Debra Sue “Susie” Miller of Bristol, TN passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Wellmont Bristol Regional Hospital. She was a graduate of East High School Susie worked as a customer service representative for Century Link. Along with her parents Nile and Peggy Jo Keesee Miller she was preceded in death by her brother, Donald “Pup” Miller. She is survived by the love of her life, Timothy Blevins of Knoxville, TN, half brother, Joe Rutherford of Knoxville, TN; nephew, Travis Rutherford; multiple family and friends and her many “fur” babies. The funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 pm, Thursday, May 25, 2017 in Akard Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Greene officiating. Committal and interment will be at 11:00 am, Friday, May 26, 2017 in Mountain View Cemetery with Rev Jim Smith officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Dennis Hutton and Allen Hodge. The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 pm prior to the service. Sue was a long time friend, always loving and caring. My heart goes out to Timmy and her family and friends. She was always there for me and I know she is now working hard with her Angelic Heart watching over others. May you Rest in Peace Susie. We will all miss you deeply. Your Good Friend, Bill Kilgore.

Susie, I am sure going to miss our walks at Rooster Front Park. We had such a good time together just laughing and talking. I will sure miss you my friend but I will see your smiling face again one day. I love you my friend!! You are a very special person to many.
