Loretta Roark

Loretta Roark, age 50, of Bluff City, TN passed away Monday, January 5, 2015 at Johnson City Medical Center. She never knew an enemy and had a very big heart. She was a loving wife and would do anything for anybody out of the kindness of her heart. Daniel could not have been blessed by a better woman. She was a member of New Life Praise and Worship Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Thelma Dean Morrell. Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Daniel Roark; her sister, Christine Dollar and husband, Norman of Bluff City; three brothers, David Morrell of Bristol, TN; Jerry Morrell of Elizabethton, TN and Randy Morrell and wife, Melissa Morrell of Bristol, TN; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 7, 2015 in Sunrise Cemetery with Rev. Joe Crawford and Rev. Junior Crawford officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M., Wednesday prior to the service at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the New Life Praise and Worship Center, 1121 Old Elizabethton Highway, Bluff City, TN 37618.
